Shruti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from India. She also holds a Masters degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from Pittsburgh, USA. While pursuing the Master’s degree she received hands-on experience in treating “Vestibular disorders”. While in India, she got a chance to work in various settings including outpatient clinics, hospital settings (internal medicine), school settings (working with specially abled children) as well as paraplegic foundation (Neuromuscular involvement- Spinal Cord Injury).

She has been working as a staff physical therapist at New York Spine and Sport Rehabilitation Medicine from January 2018. She treats all orthopedic and neurological conditions as well as sports injuries. Her unique way of treating patients focuses on exercise based regimen including home exercise programs.

She is currently on her path to completing the Doctor of Physical therapy (DPT) program. Her future goals include being a Neurologic Clinical specialist (NCS).

During her leisure time, she likes to read, listen to music and go on trail walks.
